General Faiz Hameed has been posted as Corps Commander Peshawar while General Nadeem Ahmed Anjum will be the new head of ISI in his place.

 

·        According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), General Nadeem Ahmed Anjum has been appointed as the new Director General of Inter-Services Intelligence. Earlier, he was posted as Corps Commander Karachi. While General Muhammad Saeed has been posted as Corps Commander Karachi.

 

·        ISPR while issuing a statement said that Lieutenant General Noman Mehmood has been posted as President National Defense University while Major General Asim Malik has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General.

 

 

·        Adjutant General of the Army has been posted. Lieutenant General Sarfraz Ali has been posted as Corps Commander Quetta. He belongs to AK Regiment.

 

·        It is to be noted that former ISI Chief Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed has been posted as Corps Commander Peshawar.

 

·        He belongs to Punjab Regiment and 78th PMA Long Course.

 

·        Earlier, Lt. Gen. Nadeem Anjum was posted as Corps Commander Karachi. He has also served as Commandant Command and Staff College Quetta, and also served as IGFC Balochistan North.
