 Eligibility Criteria:

 

·         Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university/ or O/A levels Preferred.

·         Candidate should have 1 to 2 year's of Experience of managing the social media platforms .

·         Strong Knowledge of Social Media Tools .

·       Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

 

Job Description:

·        Maintaining a positive, Empathetic and Professional attitude toward customer at all times .

·        Communication with customers through various Channels (Calls/ Email/Chats).

·        Handle Customer's complaints , Provide Solutions and alternative with the limits, and Follow up to ensure resolution.

 

Experience Required :

·         2 + years of experience in similar position

 

Qualification :

·         Minimum Graduation
