Qualification :

 

·         The Candidate should have either of the following qualifications:

·         A Member of a recognized body of professional accountant

·         Or

·         A Member of a recognized body of corporate/Chartered secretaries

·         Or

·         A person holding a Masters degree in business administration or commerce from a University recognized by HEC or a law graduate from a University recognized by HEC

 

 

·      Experience :

 

·         Minimum 10 Years post qualification experience in corporate organization out of which at least 5 years experience of company secretary in a public limited company having total assets of five billion rupees or more .

·         Additional relevant Experience will be an added advantage.

·         Candidate with diversity of experience from large companies of both public and private sector will be given preference.

·         Well versed with companies Law and SECP regulations . Fully understand requirements of companies with applicable laws , rules and regulations.

Compensation

 

·       Market compatible package (Negotiable as per qualification and experience) Shall be offered to the selected candidate

·         The successful Candidate will be offered three years contract extendable upon satisfactory performance with mutual consent.
